The staff offered very helpful guidance regarding reservations and city directions. My room had a kitchenette, a definite plus. I also appreciated that breakfast was delivered to my door at the time I chose.

The iron in the room was dirty. It soiled the shirt I intended to wear.

poor breakfast no cups

The location is quite good. It is walkable everywhere and not in a touristy area.

the breakfast arrangement was quite poor. it is a basket left outside the room and needs to be booked the night before, i found there were no communal areas . also, the coffee maker is in an open outside area and there were no cups available
